AMC and Support Services
On purchase of Orqubit BI you are entitled to one year of support services and are renewable every year.

We provide you with upgrades, re-installation services, support on user issues and bug fixes free of charge during the continuance of the AMC and support services.

How much does AMC cost?
We charge 20% of the original cost as annual support fees. For user in India, Service Tax is levied on AMC charges.

What is not included in AMC?
Report, dashboard and other customization of the product for specific needs is not included in the AMC.
